Hi, I love the colors in this theme—very pretty, and I'm excited to use it! However, I’ve noticed some unexpected light highlighting on the tabs and some bars, which isn’t present in the screenshots provided in the repo

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set aquarium as theme with below settings
2. Use the iterm colors downloaded from this repo
3. Observe there is light whitespace

Expected behavior
the whitespace is not highlighted like this

NVIM v0.10.1
OS: macOS locally but remote is linux
using iTerm2 with Aquarium color presets. tried built in mac terminal as well with same result

Additional context
Verified that TERM=xterm-256color is set correctly. verified that the theme aquarium is indeed set
Tried disabling other UI-related plugins with no change.
Tried enabling and disabling transparency
