To implement txt format for both Entry information page and Results page.

User's comment:
FreeBMD1 has so far allowed me to copy and paste into my Legacy Genealogical Database a very neat clip of a Birth, Marriage or Death record into the family records I've researched so far.

E.g.
Surname First name(s) Mother District Vol Page
Births Dec 1950 (>99%)
Mills Simon R W Mahon Stoke 9b 803

The equivalent short record copied from the FreeBMD2 beta version is:
