Describe the bug

1. Play a video
2. Change playback rate
3. Click on a video in the recommended section
4. See that the recommended video saved the playback from step 2
5. Change playback rate again
6. Video ends and autoplay skips to next video
7. See that playback rate from step 2 and or 4 isnt saved.

Expected Behavior

Always remember playback rate in watch session
