Sorry about that, I didn't know what version the op of that thread was using, and didn't know if the solution would apply to my case; I'll check out yt-dlp and see if that helps me out. Thank you. |

Hi all, I'm needing some help setting up Freetube to use VLC as external player; I had the IP block error pop up about 3 hours ago during a video, and while it's playing as normal as of now, I still wanna go ahead and set it up just in case. I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, VLC version 3.0.21 (latest version), and version 0.23.3 of Freetube portable 64-bit. I see the Custom External Player Executable box, and I'm guessing(?) I need to copy/paste the location where I have VLC installed like on my C drive? I'm not sure about the custom arguments thing, so if anyone can help out I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
