Hi guys, just to give everyone an update. The beta on Google Play was supposed to be free, but Google made a mistake and the app is being priced as if it was released. I can't reverse the change, so unfortunately if you want to really help me test on Google Play, you will have to pay.

Please take note that being registered for the beta still helps me a lot, Google wants me to have at least 12 testers registered (having the app installed/paid for IS NOT required) for 14 days to clear Open TV for release. So please do not unregister yourself from the beta if you can't install the app, you are still helping Open TV just by being registered.

What does 'registered' mean? It simply means you have joined the tester program at the link I sent you by e-mail and on this discussion thread. (I'm talking about this link: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/dev.fredol.open_tv)

So huge thank you for everyone who registered, I am still trying to figure out if I could make an official test where you can try the app for real instead of just being registered
