Bug introduced between 3.0.7 and 3.0.8

Upgraded from 3.0.7 to 3.0.8 and getting this:

Yup, we were doing some work tonight to add back some bundled packages which resulted in a couple of bad releases. v3.0.10 is now out and should be all good.

Hm, I was wrong, my apologies... I was looking for kleur in node_modules, didn't find it and concluded issue is still in place

I believe, if you use kleur as runtime dependency — it must be in dependencies, not devDependencies. As well as any runtime dependencies.

I think, previously kleur was installed because of skypack in dependencies, which has it in its dependencies.
Now you've messed up with dependencies.
