Just upgraded to 3.0.4, building with node polyfill is broken:

$ snowpack build --watch --hmr --polyfill-node
[snowpack] ! building dependencies...
[snowpack] Could not load _stream_duplex (imported by polyfill-node:stream.js): ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '_stream_duplex'
error Command failed with exit code 1.

Thanks for filing! Just fixed in https://github.com/snowpackjs/rollup-plugin-polyfill-node, will publish this fix with Snowpack v3.0.5
