Snowpack throws error

          package "lit-html" exists but package.json "exports" does not include entry for "./directives/cache.js".

I'm facing this same problem when trying to use lit-html v2 with the latest Snowpack (v3).

Sorry, I can't reproduce with lit-html@2.0.0-pre.5 and Snowpack v3.0.x.

This works for me in my project: import 'lit-html/directives/cache.js';

I found the cause of the problem. Adding .js fixes the problem.

This throws the error:

import { classMap } from 'lit-html/directives/class-map';

This works:

import { classMap } from 'lit-html/directives/class-map.js';

Yup, export maps are strict like that. We should add a warning if we can see that you're missing a file extension.
