improved image processing

This was a request for a SvelteKit enhancement that I think would best be handled by Snowpack. Copying the request below.

The main features I would love to see:

• multiple sizes generated
• base64 placeholder
• blur or trace options for placeholder
• cropping focal point
• art direction for different breakpoints

Definitely +1 on a plugin to do this! Happy to discuss if there is any built-in support missing on Snowpack's side that would enable this
