Just created an official TypeScript plugin: #1211

It's not too different than the run-script method that we used to show in our docs, but hopefully this one is less work to set up / configure.

I've created an Angular plugin and a corospanding template for Snowpack.

There are some steps that happen on the template level that I still haven't figured out how to delegate to the plugin, but it's working and I think it's pretty cool.

woah! Can't wait to check this out, Angular is a tough ecosystem to build tooling for but if this is working and useful for others It could be great to create a new official create-snowpack-app template for Angular

You're right, I work with Angular a lot, and it's way more than a compiler for apps, but treating it as such opens the black box a little bit and I'm very curious as to where this could go.

That being said, I don't think it's ready for production yet and I'm thinking and working on it to be more mature.

Something I'm struggling with to make it "production-ready" is tree-shaking.

For some reason, Snowpack is struggling with the angular packages that are imported in the code, and even using webpack/esbuild doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Hey, I would like a "html-snowpack-plugin" to be able to create HTML documents to serve the entry so I didn't have to copy-paste the same index.html for all my projects.

Support for "HTML template variables" (I'm not sure how these are called, but basically the placeholders usually put in HTML with syntax similar to this `%ENTRY_POINT%) would be wonderful.

If you know of something similar to this, please let me know. Also, let me know if this is something someone would use so I might consider creating this plugin myself. 🤔

How could we combine plugin with default pipeline or others plugins?

In my case, I want to use SVGR to output jsx, and let the current config handle it via babel or esbuild.

I created a plugin that inject hmr code to replace prototype instances of exported values.
