svelte-spa-router compatibility issue

I used the @snowpack/app-template-svelte template from Create Snowpack App (CSA) for a project, but routing is not working. The router package I'm using is svelte-spa-router. According to the author, this is an issue with Snowpack.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run CSA with @snowpack/app-template-svelte template
2. Install router: npm install svelte-spa-router
3. Create a simple Home.svelte and Test.svelte component in routes folder
4. Add router to App.svelte:

When you try to navigate pages the components do not load and the console prints the error referenced in the linked issue above.

Yup, look something due to the dev option in dependencies not matching the dev option in source code. Fix here: #1134
