I need help

So basically its supposed to compress alot but when i try compressing 237.67 GiB hard drive it says 170Gigabytes were excluded but i dont know what file types i should include since i dont want to mess up my pc any help would be highly appreciated

Compression depends entirely on the kind of data you have - if it's excluded it's either a type known not to compress meaningfully, or it's been tested and found not to, or it's a system file and isn't safe to compress. There's not really much for you to do unless you think there's some reason Compactor's assessment of the situation is wrong.
