403 Forbidden access to the link on how to build the code

When accessing this link the following error message appears:

Http failure response for https://backstage.forgerock.com/knowledge-ws/api/v1/library/kb/article/a74096897/_published?expand=full: 403 Forbidden

Note: This happens even when being admin in my company's forgerock environment!
