Windows - how does it work?

Hi. I've been looking for a cross-platform sticky note app with Markdown support and landed here.
I didn't want to open an issue, as I may have misunderstood something, but:

• Running posts.0.2.3.exe:
  • nothing seems to happen, but 3 processes are visible in Task Manager, plus posts.0.2.3.exe in the Details tab.
• Installing posts.Setup.0.2.3.exe and running AppData\Local\Programs\posts\posts.exe:
  • nothing seems to happen, but 3 processes are visible in Task Manager.

Have I missed something, or is this a bug?
EDIT: no tray icon appears, btw.
