Hey, i don't find the files fluidsynth.exe it's normal or i don't search correctly ?

You want to head over to the releases section. Then pick your version (it's probably fluidsynth-2.4.6-win10-x64.zip) and inside the zip there's the bin folder which contains the exe file.
