Describe the feature you'd like
I would like to know which account has created and changed an entity (workspace, flow, credential ...) and also when. As an admin, I need this mainly in the UI, but also via REST API, I may have some use cases in the future.

Currently, it is necessary to use name prefixes, categories, a.s.o, or you have to ask all possible colleagues. This takes a lot of time and in many cases is still not successful. For example, if colleagues are absent or have left the company.
Ideally, at some point, there will be a simple editing mechanism that makes the changes traceable.
