Suddenly Required to Sign In to Flowise via Docker—Unable to Access

I have been using Flowise through Docker without any issues until now. Today, when I tried to continue my work and ran ‎`docker compose up -d`, I found that accessing http://localhost:3000 prompted me to sign in. I have never needed to sign in to use Flowise before, so I was surprised to see this requirement suddenly appear.

I tried all of the email addresses and passwords I could think of, but I still cannot log in.

As a beginner with computers, I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance from someone more experienced.
