Error in registering account after recent update

After updating my self-hosted install and being met with the new 'Setup Account' form I get an error: 'Error in registering account'
I can confirm that the existing user account/oassword I entered and the new details required were all entered correctly. I also checked the env variables (user/pass) to ensure they were correct. Not sure why it's failed as the error message tells me nothing :(

@marchdigital When I got a look in the dev console, at least for me there's shown a 400-error code with the message for an invalid password. When I chose a way less secure password by copying the requirements for the password to GPT and asked for one, I took this, entered in both fields at the end and got it working. It's not the best solution but it worked for me.
