Hello, I have several AI agents connected to WhatsApp. When an agent triggers the notification tool, I've set up a back-end service to pause the agents, meaning that user messages are not forwarded to Flowise.
However, I would like to create a summary of the conversation between the user and the human agent. This way, when the agent resumes operation, it will have access to the complete conversation history, ensuring a smooth continuation of the dialogue.
Do you have any suggestions on how to implement this functionality?
