Custom HTML in chatwindow ub prod

Is it possible to load a smal form in the chatwindow that can be filled in for instance via the custom js tool or node? Once pressed on send it can be processed as a string / human message? Is there an example?

Just noticed you can pass html and use the api to send form data for instance, but this only works in the test environment. once embedded on a site, the chabot ill not render the html. Or am i doing something wrong?
