Support setting up custom hostname for project

Description

• Setup correct Ingress entries for supplied hostname
• Setup correct TLS Secret to hold certificate for supplied hostname

Will need the following:

• cert-manager helm chart deploying
• Move from AWS ACM certificates for FlowForge Application and MQTT broker
• A way to check if customer has set up DNS CNAME
• UI to allow setting both project name and domain
