List all the feeds used to compute NCI and their status

Currently, DNS server feeds that are used to compute NCI which are displayed on the Tapestry web page.  It would be helpful to understand which DNS servers are feeding the computation and current status of those feeds.  The status of those feeds are also important as some may go offline for various reasons.  It is good to have that information.
