Custom shortcut for "Search tabs" function

Coming from Google Chrome I am missing the Ctrl+Shift+A on Windows, or Cmd+Shift+A on MacOS.

I am aware one could use the address bar %{text} to search and filter open tabs - which is my current workaround.

Would the 'easiest' be to have this custom shortcut make the address bar active and place the % character?
