Revert the main menu's "Restart" submenu item back into a simple button and move the other restart buttons somewhere else.

Before latest version, quick restart was easy:

• open menu
• mouse over "Restart" button
• click

Now, there are two issues with restarting:

1. extra input required

• open menu
• mouse over "Restart" button
• click
• mouse over "Restart" button again
• click

2. accidental clicking of the wrong button

I've clicked the "Restart with Cache Clear" button once, and for some reason, my floorp profile was removed.

Anyways, I would like to go back to the "Restart" menu item being a single button that quickly restarts the browser.
The other buttons could be moved under "More tools" submenu.

I'm on version 140.0.5@12.0.14 (64-bit).
If there's another way to restart the browser faster, then please let me know.
2x the input is simply unnecessary, in my opinion.
