Add a setting to force all in-page links to automatically open in new tabs and to immediately switch to it

Tried looking for it in about:config, couldn't find anything that worked. Holding control down works but I'd prefer if I didn't have to do that, plus it doesn't automatically switch to the tab.

An extension exists to do this.

Once you have added the extension, set all links to open in a new tab and restart your browser.
