[CI Integrations] Update GitHub validation to use Metrics Core

Description
The GitHub validation should be updated to use the models from the Metrics Core validation package.

Acceptance Criteria

• Update GithubSourceValidationTarget.
• Update GithubSourceValidationDelegate.
• Update GithubSourceValidator.
• Update GithubSourceValidatorFactory.
• Test new functionality.
