hasEmitted with useUser never gets true

Hello,
I'm using the AuthWrapper Component from the examples. I would like to show a loading state, while the user is requested and after that, show fallback or my protected page.
When loading the page, hasEmitted never gets true. Could that be a bug with the hot reload? When editing the page and hot reload fires, the hasEmitted variable is true.
