Does this work on patch 8?

Good time of day. I came across your mod in the vastness of the Nexus. In my opinion, this is a masterpiece. But unfortunately. In patch 8, the mod works uncorrectly. In appearance editor mode, the character "Will" has not changed. However, a portrait of the hero appeared. I tried to run this mod without any other modifications. There are no results. What could be the reason for this?
