cannot open .exe file attempting to use hitman blood money file extractor

error code for vcruntime140-1.dll was not found
msvcp140.dll was not found, something i am doing wrong?

I suppose you do not have latest VC++ 2022 runtime installed. But the tool is not working correctly atm for latest release overall for anything that is not Blood Money from some other reports, have not found time yet to try to fix it.

Download and install this, if it says it is already installed, click repair. Should allow you to run it.
