Hitman C47 Save feature is broken for Version 1.2.2

Hi, I've been running into some problems with saving a modified English.idx file. When the save button is clicked the process runs forever. I've noticed that the English.bin file starts to grow in size. It reached 90gb and then I ran out of disk space and the program closed.

However, I've downloaded version 1.01 and it's been working perfectly!
