[Feature Request]: Add SQLite3 for apache2 / New Apache2 version with SQLite3

want to host an Browser-Application which uses SQLite3 and php:

I installed your apache2-full-addon.

It seems that SQLite3 ist not included.
How can I add SQLite3?
