Relationship types of the KG #1

Hi,
I downloaded your graph instance and loaded it into my neo4j, and I found that there was only one relationship type named "IsA". I also look up this in the paper, and I saw this is a feature. However, this doesn't make sense in some cases. Like the example in the picture, there are some relationships among the nodes but cannot be explained.
