Here is my first prototype, boards should arrive by the end of this week! fingers crossed!
The pico and the DB15 is mounted on the back. Included the switch and header from @FarLeftLane schematic

Awesome! I’m working on bug fixes for DHGR (more complex problem than I thought) and should post fixes, latest code this week.

I’m not a HW engineer, but I’ve been told impedance and length are important on the HDMI signals.

Is the config button also connected to a pin header so you can add a remote config button?
