Is there a way i can increase grid size/accuracy for rife vfi?

As some small fast moving details are lost in the interpolation, and would want it to be more accurate/search over more areas.

And is it normal for the node to not use gpu? It has always used cpu only, and max 75-80%, so 8-10 cores max. Takes forever sometimes to interpolate longer videos.

And what is scale factor for?
