Using RIFE node - GPU and VRAM aren't used - but system memory and CPU are

Running an upscale with the RIFE node and it looks like it is not using the GPU - takes a bit longer than i expect for RIFE. Is it supposed to use system RAM and CPU?

I get DefaultCPUAllocator: not enough memory: you tried to allocate 31054233600 bytes. when I try to use the RIFE node. That's nearly all of my RAM. Needless to say there will never be that much available.

I've set mine to do 120 frame batches of a minute long video, and it doesn't use gpu at all, only 75% average of my 5900x 12 core.

Same if i do 80 frames single batch interpolations of a wan generation. I've never seen the rife VFI with rife 49 ever use gpu.
