How to Trigger the Loading of the Comment Section

Currently, the commenting shortcut only works after the comment section has been loaded, but, ideally, the same shortcut should trigger the loading of the respective section if it doesn't exist. Now, the challenge is to reverse-engineer which event triggers that loading.
