Multi-field setup

Button in settings "multifield setup"
Opens view with textbox for ip of main server, or leave blank to set that instance as the main

Then we should have a list of servers connected and the following inputs

• name
• ip:port
• inputs (opens the devices menu for that server)
• display (opens the display settings for that field)
• copy config (select which settings to copy and to what fields)

Also a routing menu which let's you select which microphones should be shown on which screens, along with a "global" button for each input so you can temporarily set it as a god mic and then return to the previous settings easily.
