Fair Data Point should not add properties to catalog that are part of dcat-ap description.

The FDP add defaults values to catalog some remarks about this:

1. For the user is unclear what fields are added/overwritten in the background.
2. Values are added after shacl-validation takes place. you can end-up with invalid data in the database.
3. It adds Issued/Modifcation dates with system-date but these data are about the modification/issued date of the catalog itself,,not of the metadata record.
4. Language is added, but is optional field in the DCAT-AP.
5. Because the properties are added in the backend, the rdf shown in front-end is different what is actually stored.
