Description
next, prev images come in a series like:
data_0_0000.edf
data_1_0000.edf
data_0_0001.edf
data_1_0001.edf
data_0_0002.edf
... or in the worst case the second pass is flipped compared to the first:
data_0_0000.edf
data_1_0359.edf
data_0_0001.edf
data_1_0358.edf
data_0_0002.edf
...
Could also just take the series of images in an spt file from a peaksearch.
