Case to debate for contributing guide content. I've created new branch (notifier/contribute_guide) to create a guide to help users to improve notifier, by issues report, by pull request or other. Actually is only a draft (commit: 668317f44bb09d0e35228ee980b1ed9a3fc6f8b7 ), but I would be your ideas ;)
