AFK setSleepingIgnored(true) only if AFK triggered by timeout

Hello. On some of my servers sleep-ignores-afk-players is set to true, and this is useful, but players every in-game night endlessly asking all other players to enter /afk to skip the night. The ability to ignore the AFK of players when skipping a night is quite useful, but when it starts to be abused in this way, it really interferes.

I would be very grateful to you if you add something like sleep-ignores-afk-by-command setting. Thanks!
