A more organized Essentials!

I have four ideas for this plugin. I'm gonna lay them out here.

1. I believe that we should have a choice to disable any commands directly from the plugin before booting the server, and I don't mean through LuckPerms. That would just be denying the permission which could be bypassed if someone knows what they are doing. I am saying to individually have a toggle for any commands that just shouldn't be initialized during the boot of the server. So if you wanted to disable some of the IP Commands, you can go to the config and look for that particular command and toggle it off. That also now leads into my second idea.
2. I think essentials should have the ability to toggle on and off whole modules (in the main plugin) So if you want NONE of the Eco commands, or want none of the IP commands you can toggle them all off at once. That would save a lot of trouble and havoc for most people (at least the ones I talked to with this idea.)
3. I think some commands should definitely not be in the main version of essentials. If anything they should be put into their optional counterparts. So all the IP commands that are in the main version with no addon should be moved to Essentials GeoIP. From a few server owners I've spoken to they have said that they only use 1 or 2 commands from a specific part of Essentials. In my case the only thing I really use is the economy (since its the greatest out there in my opinion) THAT BRINGS ME TO MY LAST IDEA. (im sorry for all of these)
4. HAVE ESSENTIALS ECO IN ITS OWN OPTIONAL PLUGIN. I believe it would be better to all of the economy commands more dedicated in one space. I love the Eco command, but I believe it could be bigger and more dedicated in another addon to essentials. (also does the economy have SQL/MariaDB support?)
