Allow user to load config file into config tool #8
Description
It would be a nice enhancement if for the Configuration Filename param you browse to an existing configuration file it fills in all the params in the tool based on the definition in the config file. This would make it easier to tweak the configuration through the UI if you just needed to make a minor change.
