Can't Locate Finished Jobs where Record Destroyed (Mission Control Jobs)

I am between a rock and a hard place with this edge case.

Steps:

1. Create background job that uses an account
2. Let job process
3. Delete the user (and account)
4. Attempt to view the Mission Control Jobs Finished tab

The job is enqueued (correctly) with a current_tenant in the arguments.

I think this issue should be posted here, but maybe the Misson Control Jobs repo is better.
