I recommend BackWPup (Pro).

It backups the whole file-structure (including a Wordpress XML Export) and the DB. The Backup can be stored to the Webspace, Dropbox or another Server (FTP/S3/MS Azure/RackSpaceCloud/SugarSync/GoogleDrive(Pro)/Amazon Glacier(Pro)).
