Help needed: CSS Override Failure for notify-send Action Button Text

I'm seeking assistance regarding a persistent styling conflict affecting the text inside notification action buttons created via the D-Bus action protocol.

1. Button Creation:
   The buttons are generated using the standard notify-send action flag:
   notify-send -A 关闭 -A 编辑 -A 复制 -A 删除 ...
2. The Problems Observed:
   The text inside these buttons is subject to a severe override from the GTK theme (adw-gtk3 light theme):
   Color: The text remains the theme's default light color, resulting in zero contrast against the light notification background.
3. CSS Attempted on SwayNC Nodes:
   I attempted to target the known SwayNC action button containers to set the text properties directly:

.notification-row .notification-background .notification .notification-action, 
.notification-row .notification-background .notification .notification-default-action {
  color: black; 
  font-size: 12px;
}

4. Result:
   This rule has no observable effect on the text color or size.
   This strongly suggests the GTK theme is utilizing a higher-priority selector to target the internal text label of the button widget. Could you please advise on the precise CSS selector or internal GTK class needed to successfully override the color and font-size of the text within these notify-send action buttons?

What value does the cssPriority config option have? Should be set to "user" now with gtk4
