Can I display an image in the body of a notification?

I hope to send a local image to swaync as the body of the notification via notify-send, but I've tried both HTML and PANgo without success. please help me look into it.

notify-send   "Photo"   "<span font='16'>water</span>\n<img src='file://$HOME/photo/my.jpeg' alt='water sea'>"
notify-send   "Photo"   "<img src='$HOME/photo/my.jpeg'   alt='water sea'>"

OK, I should wait for a new rev.

Until then, use double quotes instead of single and don't use uris(file://) instead of a path. Those work properly without the new changes

You forgot to escape the inner quotes:
notify-send "Photo" "<span font='16'>water</span>\n<img src=\"$HOME/photo/my.jpeg\" alt='water sea'>"
