Creating Module when a similar one exists

Hi,

I was looking at creating a Module for Windows Notepad leveraging an application I created. I noticed one exists, but it only parses the Tab State and not the Window State.

Any suggestions? I don't want to step on anyone or cause confusion.

We can close this ticket. Just for posterity, I ended up submitting a module.
