How to post questions and issues

• It's a good idea to search existing discussions first. Perhaps your question/issue is already discussed.
• Remove sensitive information from files you attach.
• See attached files as an example.

Include following information (skip irrelevant and attach extra info if necessary).

1. "ActiPASS_BatchSettings.txt" for the corresponding batch from BatchOut folder.
   

2. A quality check visualization for the corresponding batch (if the error is common to all files) or to the specific file from BatchOut representing the issue like the image below .

3. Describe the issue concisely and be very specific.

4. Create separate discussions for issues/questions which are not related to each other.
