analysis of CAW batch shows QC_status NotOk and not enough wear

Hi,
I tried to analyse the first batch of data of my axivity AX3. Participants wore the device for 2 days (measurement sometimes took more than 2 days if we could not pick up the device sooner). The OmGui software used to download the Axivity data shows indeed the full measurement, including both recording days. However, the analysis in Actipass only shows one day of the recording. Next to that, the QC-Status is notOK, and it states there is not enough wear time.

I use ActiPASS 2024.04.1 Beta (Windows)

Does anyone knows what goes wrong, and how I can analyse the full recording

Hi,
ActiPASS default settings (under so called "ProPASS mode") expects at least a continuous two days measurements. When two days are not available, it can sometimes trim data too much. We have some options in this situation.

1. Use ActiPASS advanced mode (ask developers for advanced mode license) and either completely disable ActiPASS auto-trimmer (purpose of which is to trim away non-wear at the beginning and end of a measurement) or reduce the setting minimum wear hours to 24h (default is 48h; corresponding setting is "NWTRIMACTLIM" in the config file).

2. Keep using ProPASS settings, but use a diary to define measurement "start" and "end" times manually. If a diary defines measurement start/end times, then ActiPASS auto-trimmer is not used.

One more thing: ActiPASS also expects at least 20hrs of wear time per day (under ProPASS settings). If after auto-trimming no such days exist ActiPASS QC_Status for that particular case will be flagged NotOK.

Hi Pasan, thank you! Although our measurement lasts more than two days, the users take off the device at night, so I think the data is therefore trimmed too much?
I guess I will have to ask for the advanced mode license. For this, do I reach out to you via email?
